These Terms govern your use of CookDay operated by Personal Chef Apps at https://getcookday.app. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Service
CookDay helps personal chefs plan menus, collect household approvals, and manage related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
Client and household data
If you enter information about your clients or their households, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing them as required. We process that information to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and fees
CookDay offers a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. After the trial, subscription is $50/month or $500/year, billed automatically until you cancel. Map listing on PersonalChefFinder is included with an active CookDay subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If your trial ends without a subscription, you may export your data or delete your account from Settings or the subscribe screen; we may retain data for up to 30 days before automated purge.
Account termination
You may delete your account from Settings or the billing screen. Deletion removes your recipes, clients, menus, and related data. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
